Being recruited by a football club is a dream for many football talents. For this reason Footboleros gives you, twice a year, the chance to participate in one of the best football clinics and detections in the city of Barcelona in order to be directed and trained by coaches from several leagues and also observed and analysed by football clubs, agencies, and scouts.
After the 7th and 8th Edition, Footboleros will soon launch the 9th Edition of the Barcelona Football Tryouts which will take place in Spain for young footballers aged between 16 and 24 years old and will organise as usual training sessions and football matches during 5 days, so if you are a football talent planning to participate, here is the programme you will attend:
DAY 1
Arrivée à Barcelone. Footboleros vous accueille à l’aéroport ou à Vall d'Hebron pour vous transférer vers 14h en minibus au village sportif situé aux environs de Gérone où vous serez logés en chambres doubles. Enregistrement à l’hôtel et livraison d’équipement sportif composé d’une tenue officielle de marche (polo et pantalon) et de deux tenues officielles d’entrainement et de matchs (T-shirt, shorts, chaussettes et sweat-shirt si nécessaire). Une fois habillés, vous aurez une réunion de bienvenue pour se faire connaissance et également pour vous présenter le déroulement du programme du Test. Le soir, vous prendrez votre premier dîner au village sportif.
DAYS 2, 3 & 4
You wake up early at 8am to have breakfast and get ready to go to the two-hour training session which will be led by UEFA-PRO recognised professional coaches.
Return to the hotel around 12.30 to shower, have lunch and relax. In the evening, you gather for a snack and leave for a second training session or a 45-45 min real match where each of the young footballers plays in his or her position to be observed and analysed by UEFA sports directors, representatives and coaches of professional teams. Once finished, you return to the hotel to have dinner and rest to recover your strength for the next day.
DAY 5
You wake up early to have your breakfast as usual. Check out and head to your final decisive match in which you are urged to show your talent. Back to the hotel and nomination of the six winners who will benefit from tests with clubs of the 2nd, 2nd B or 3rd Spanish division according to the level of each one, the first winner will also have a two-year representation contract with JEP SPORT MANAGEMENT, and the other participants will subsequently receive a technical evaluation report prepared by the coaches and sent to the partner clubs in the 'FOOTBOLEROS PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM'
Finally, you will collect your belongings to make your way back to Vall d'Herbron or to the airport if you are going to take your flight with the assistance of Footboleros.
Our aim is to give players the opportunity to find a team that matches their characteristics and at the same time provide football clubs and representatives with interesting players for their service.
We therefore invite all talented footballers between the ages of 16 and 24 to be part of the next tryout and football clinic in Barcelona to increase your level while showing your football skills and qualities on the Spanish field and eventually take a big step forward in your career as a professional football player.
